What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. All sales are final on all Fan Club retail items, cards and memorabilia.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund when available.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
All subscription plans come with a set target delivery date by the 20th of each month to accommodate for any changes made to your plan. All retail orders are set to ship with 2-4 business days of your order.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
